Interested in participating in EquiFest? We’re always looking for new ideas, people, and horses! There are a number of ways you can be involved with EquiFest.

April 1, 2012 is the deadline for submitting applications to participate in the Equifest 2012.

Vendors – want your business exposed to thousands of horse enthusiasts? If you have horse-related products, or provide farm products and services, why not become an EquiFest vendor. Its inexpensive, and fun! Send us an email telling us why your business should be at EquiFest or download a Vendor Agreement form, and we’ll get you started.

Sponsors – EquiFest would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. If you believe in EquiFest – consider becoming a sponsor. Sponsor programs begin at $250, and we’ll be happy to customize a package that meets your needs. Email our sponsor coordinator for more details or download a Sponsor Agreement form, and we’ll get you started.

Friends of Equifest - if you would like to help by showing your support for Equifest and GREEN this level is for you. Donations begin @ $100 or less.

Volunteers – We love our EquiFest volunteers! They help with everything from parking to the kiddie corral to set-up and take-down. Shifts begin at 4 hours, and we provide lunch and t-shirts to our volunteer corps. Email us for more information on volunteering at EquiFest.

Non-Profits – do you represent a horse-related non-profit organization? Perhaps a breed or discipline group, or saddle club, or riding group? Non-profits are offered free space at EquiFest, subject to availability. Send us an email or download a non-profits application form, and tell us why your group should be at EquiFest.

Performers – would you like to show the community what you do with your horse? The main arena is a showcase of horse activities – and we’re always looking for fresh talent. To see if your “act” is ready for EquiFest –send us an email, and tell us more about you and your horse.
